ST. GEORGE'S ATHLETIC FACILITIES
McCool Baseball Field
McCool baseball field, located on the Collierville Campus, was built in 2004. The field includes home and visitor dugouts, a pressbox, a two-lane bullpen, and an indoor turfed batting cage and development area.

Compton Aquatic Center
The Compton Aquatic Center at the Collierville Campus is home to the only Olympic-sized pool in Shelby County. It features an eight-lane Olympic-sized pool and a practice pool, where our Upper School and Middle School swim teams along with our water polo team compete.
Memphis Thunder, a local competitive swim club, and The Pool School, an instructional swim program for young children, also call the Compton Aquatic Center home. Contact Dan Schultz, Memphis Thunder, at 901.828.9331 or Rob Snowberger, Pool School, at 901.386.1999.
** Temporary Closure Notice**
We have some exciting renovations taking place at the Compton Aquatic Center beginning on July 22nd. The competition pool will be closed beginning July 22nd so that it can be drained and prepared for the installation of a new pool liner and construction will take approximately 20-25 days to complete.
At the conclusion of the competition pool liner replacement, we will begin installing a new anti-slip deck surface. This deck installation will begin sometime between August 16th - 20th, depending on the completion of the competition pool liner replacement. At this time, both the lesson pool and competition pool will be closed for 10-15 days, which means the aquatic center altogether will be closed. We anticipate re-opening the aquatic center on September 4th.

Ferguson Field
Ferguson Field is located on the Collierville Campus in Stokes Stadium and is home to Football and Lacrosse. A new turf field was installed in 2023.
Slatery Gym
Slatery Gym is the home of our varsity basketball and volleyball teams.
The court was named after long-time basketball coach Jeff Ruffin.

McNeill Gym
A full-size court located in the Stokes Fieldhouse where Middle School Basketball and Volleyball games are played.
Stokes Fieldhouse
Located at the back of the Collierville Campus, Stokes Fieldhouse has a newly renovated weight room and varsity locker rooms. The facility also houses three additional locker room spaces, a large athletic training room, golf simulator, wrestling room, Slatery gym, McNeill Gym, and an indoor concessions area.
Competition Soccer Field
The Soccer Field is located on the Collierville Campus and includes a beautiful field with lighting, home and visitor locker rooms, public restrooms, a press box, and parking. All home High School and Middle School Soccer contests are played here. There are no bleachers, so fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets for fan seating.
The Lightman Tennis Center on our Collierville Campus is a full-service tennis facility with six hard courts in a beautiful, serene setting ideal for tennis. In the fall of 2013, the Lightman/McGuffee Tennis Pavilion was added. The pavilion includes an upper room with a viewing balcony, office space, and patio. The Lightman Tennis Center is home to our Middle School and High School girls and boys tennis teams.
Giddis Softball Field
With an opening day in 1988, St. George’s softball field has dugouts, a turf bullpen, indoor batting cages, and a development area. The field is located on the Collierville Campus.
Bleacher capacity: 200
Stokes Stadium Track
One of only two eight-lane tracks in the area and is home to the Upper School and Middle School track teams.
