Coach Jessica McGuire had an impressive softball career at the University of Memphis, where she was chosen for the AAC All-Academic Team from 2015-2017 and was selected as anNFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete from 2015-2019. She now uses her talents to coach the softball program at St. George’s, where she has built a competitive and positive program. She cultivates confidence and positive self-talk within her team to improve their game. Coach McGuire’s coaching philosophy is to help her team reach their full potential on and off the softball field. “The values I want to instill in my players are hard work, perseverance, a growth mindset and how to be a good teammate. All of these skills are necessary to be successful in life”. |
