Coach Jay Walpole helps his tennis players improve and achieve their athletic goals by setting plans. He emphasizes the importance of effort, commitment and communication to his athletes. My coaching philosophy is all about goals and commitment. In order for me to help my students, I have to know what they want to achieve. If I know their goals, we can make a plan to help the athlete achieve them. After that, it is up to the individual to follow through with the practice plan. |
