Coach Adam Karakurt takes an individualized approach when it comes to his swim team. Heunderstands his athletes and what pieces of advice work best to help them improve their abilities. Coach Karakurt’s coaching philosophy is to not force the growth in an athlete. In the end, it is up to them to want to get better. My job is to get them to see that effort produces results and guide them to grow once they recognize it. |
